    A: No, you do not need an account to make a purchase at our metal store.

  • Q: Can I return items if they do not fit my application?

    A: No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Therefore, it is important to discuss your specifications—such as shape, thickness, quantity, and metal type—with one of our metal specialists before making a purchase.

    A: Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Prices may change due to market fluctuations, so it is best to confirm your order promptly.

  • Q: Where should I place and pick up my orders?

  • Q: Is the retail location open on Saturday?

    A: Yes, our retail location is open on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

    A: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, checks and cash. There is no additional fee for credit card payments at our retail location.

  • Q: Do you charge a convenience fee for credit card payments?

    A: We do not charge a convenience fee for credit card payments on retail orders. 

  • Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

    A: There is no minimum purchase requirement for in-store pick-up orders. You can purchase any amount, even a small piece. Buy whatever quantity of metal you need quickly and easily, with no minimum order size.
